Trust, stated as arithmetic
A privacy policy is a written promise. This page is the machine's answer to the same question: every number below is counted at the moment you read it, from the registry the database executes when someone asks to be forgotten. If the numbers do not arrive, the page says so — it never quotes a figure from memory.
Counted at page load
- Erasure rules
- 60How many operations a single deletion request sets off.
- Tables reached
- 41Every place in the database your trace can exist is covered by a rule.
- Purge rules
- 65What expires on its own, on schedule, without anyone asking.
- Days to change your mind
- 30How long a deletion request stays cancellable by you.
Source: the erasure and retention registries, read when the page loaded. No personal data is counted here.
What happens to each record
Erasing is not always deleting, and pretending otherwise would be a lie. Every rule in the registry picks one of these four outcomes, and the choice is written down before it runs, not after.
- 18DeletedThe row leaves the database. Nothing is kept, not even an empty shell.
- 7AnonymisedThe trace of the activity stays — a count, a collective result — but nothing ties it to you any more.
- 31DetachedThe record belongs to someone else or to a group: your reference is removed and the object carries on without you.
- 4RetainedThe law requires some records to be kept — accounting, security logs. Those cases are listed, justified, and never used for anything else.
What you can demand
- Ask without a formExport and deletion both start from your account in one gesture — no support ticket, no reason to give.
- Change your mindA requested deletion stays cancellable for the whole grace period shown above. After that it becomes irreversible — which is the point.
- The files tooDocuments you uploaded are queued for removal and checked one by one: the platform only reports "cleared" once storage confirms it.
- A receiptEvery erasure produces an internal receipt listing the rules that ran and any that failed. A silent operation would be unverifiable.
